　　XBC has a professional airplane wheel brake R&D team with more than 500 staff to establish the relatively complete professional skill and standard system for China's airplane wheel brake and successively prepare GJB1184A,GJB2879A,HB5651,HB/Z126 and other tens of national military standards and industry standards.

　　XBC has complete and international advanced-level R&D,production and testing ability in the aircraft wheel braking system products,and in the aspects of advanced research and model application of new technique,new process and new material,it has achieved fruitful achievements,and the company has always guided the upgrading and renewal development of aircraft wheel brake professional skill in China.

 

　　Design technique of the company's aircraft wheel is up to the level of world advanced technology to form multi-discipline integrated design simulating capability,research and development of brake material include metal,powder metallurgy and serial high temperature carbon-based composite,in the aspect of brake control system,it has mechanical,electric,hydraulic full-digital,semi-physical and all-physical design simulation ability,and products cover inertial antiskid,electronic anti-skid braking and electrical braking system.The successful trial flight of electrical braking system makes China being the 3rd country grasping the technique after US and France,assembly application of tire pressure,brake temperature monitoring and brake cooling synthesis technique makes our company being the unique enterprise grasping the technique besides SAFRAN at present.

 

　　XBC has Asia's largest magnesium alloy casting production base and domestic largest high temperature carbon-based composite brake material production base,the initiative large-scale magnesium casting sequencing crystallization technology has obtained the national technology progress prize,and the latest high temperature carbon-based brake material has obtained the second prize of national technical innovation award.

　　XBC is the inaugurator for the R&D and industrialization of high temperature carbon-based brake technique in China.The Xinzhou 60 carbon brake wheel developed by the company obtains the airworthiness permission in China first and goes abroad with the marketing of civil aircraft.The company has successively obtained the PMA certification of Boeing and Airbus multi-type carbon brake discs and batches assembly to open the competitive prelude between the company and international stronger.The successful assembly application of the latest high temperature carbon-based brake material makes our country being the unique country capable of applying the most advanced brake material in airplane wheel at present.

 

　　XBC is the aircraft wheel brake testing center approved by Civil Aviation Administration of China,it has international advanced-level large electrical inertia dynamic test stand and wheel radial-lateral load test bed,and it independently builds domestic advanced-level braking system semi-physical simulation laboratory,airplane wheel fatigue test bench,international advanced-level multi-gear comprehensive dynamic test stand,which provides real and accurate verification for the safety and reliability of airplane wheel braking system.

 

　　XBC establishes and keeps international aviation AS9100C,military products GJB9001B,auto industry IATF16949 and other three quality systems,GJB 5000A military software development,NADCAP special arts and crafts,secrecy,environment/occupational health management system and other multiple qualification authentication,various products have successively awarded the ministerial and provincial-level quality products and famous trademark for more than 10 times,more than 100 scientific and technological achievements have awarded the national,provincial-level science and technology achievement awards,and the company has applied more than 300 patients,and including more than 160 authorized patents.
