The Company Approved to Establish a Shaanxi Post-doctoral Innovation Base

　　The post-doctoral research center is a scientific research organization jointly approved and established by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security(MOHRSS)of the Government of the People's Republic of China and the National post-doctoral Committee,which is functioned to enable enterprises to be capable of recruiting and training post-doctoral researchers.It is the most powerful research team among the country's most outstanding enterprises.The establishment of a local post-doctoral innovation base is the basis for the establishment of post-doctoral research centers,and the ranking will have direct impact on the establishment results of such centers.For the establishment of post-doctoral research center,the state will grant up to 1 million yuan in economic support to the enterprises,life allowance of up to 200,000 yuan to each doctor,reward of up to 200,000 yuan for each patent;for the establishment of the post-doctoral innovation base,the government will grant economic support of 200,00 yuan to and life allowance of 50,000 yuan to each doctor.
