The Company Carrying out Team Building and Training of On-the-job Innovation
(Reporter Wang Jie)Recently,the company organized team building and on-the-job innovation training.A total of 120 people includes chairmen of grassroots,backbone team leaders and key members of innovation work studio attended the training.
During this training,we invited Li Ying,Director of the Office of Labor Competition Committee of the Science and Technology Industry of the National Defense in Shaanxi Province and the Minister of the Economic Sector of the Trade Union of the National Defense in Shaanxi Province,to give a lecture.She talked about how to build the capacity of the team and the creation of the on-the-job innovation studio,and put forward practical and operable measures and suggestions,which were well received by the participants.
Through the training,all the trainees had mastered the ways and means of promoting on-the-job innovation and team building,and the cadres and team leaders of the Trade Union had enhanced their overall quality and capability.The training played a positive role in promoting the team building and on-the-job innovation in the company.

Recently,the company launched the"Quality Month"activity with the theme of"Vigorously Improving Quality and Building a Powerful Quality-oriented Country".In completing the annual scientific research and production tasks,all units of the company took the initiative to take various measures to carry out quality rectification and enhance the awareness of quality,etc.,and insisted on the scientific development of making progress,guaranteeing the completion of tasks and promoting the development of the enterprises by enhanced quality.In addition,the"three whos"mechanism of"who is in charge of the business,who is in charge of the quality and who shall assume the responsibility"is also an important starting point for improving the quality responsibility system,under which the quality responsibility of"business"and"work"is required to be assumed by the corresponding posts and corresponding person in charge so as to establish a complete chain with clear division of responsibility and have the responsibility that can retrospect.The personnel involved in the responsibility chain must bear the corresponding responsibility for quality problems.
