　　AVIC Xi'an Aviation Brake Technology Co.,Ltd.(abbreviated for XBC,with the code name of"Factory 514")was founded in 1955.It is one of the 156 key construction projects during"the 1st Five-Year Plan“,and the large-scale specialized corporation engaged in the R&D of aircraft wheel,braking system,hydraulic and pneumatic products in China.In 2012,aviation business of XBC has been integrated and listed into AVIC aircraft(000768)as Xi'an Brake Branch.R&D Center of XBC is located in Xi'an High-tech Zone,Shaanxi Province,and the manufacture and testing base is located in Xingping City of Shaanxi Province and Anshun City of Guizhou Province.XBC covers an area of 1.226 million square meters,and there are more than 5000 staff,including nearly 2000 various professionals,and more than 200 technicians and senior technicians.

　　Over more than 60 years,as the professional development manufacturer for military-civilian aircraft wheel and braking system in China,XBC is always devoted to the R&D and manufacture)of aircraft wheel,braking system,hydraulic and pneumatic products.XBC has gradually built relatively complete professional technology and standard system.XBC has successively prepared dozens of relevant professional national military standards and industrial standards,such as General Specification for Aircraft Wheel and Brake Assmbiles(GJB 1184A),General Specification for Anti-skid Braking Control System of Aircraft Wheel(GJB 2879A),Design Specification for Aircraft Wheel and Brake Device(HB 5648),Serializing Family for Aircraft Wheel(HB 5649),General Technical Requirements for Aircraft Wheel(HB 5651),Heat Treatment for Magnesium Alloy Castings(HB 5462),Technical Condition for Fluorin-coated Plastic Type of"O"Rubber Seal Ring(HB5821)and others,and more than 30 standards of AVIC,such as Design Requirements for Aircraft Wheel and Brake Device(Q/AVIC 30030),Specification for Aircraft Wheel and Brake Device(Q/AVIC 30033)and others.

　　XBC persists in self-dependent innovation and achieved fruitful achievements in advanced research and model application of new material,new technique and new process.XBC always plays the role of pioneer and leader in the field of wheel brake technique and braking material,,which constantly fills the technical blankness of this field in China.It was first initiated in China that sequencing crystallizing technique for large magnesium casting,isothermal precision forging aluminum alloy wheel,carbon/carbon and carbon/ceramic brake material,electronic anti-skid brake system,digital brake-by-wire system,electric brake system and other professional technology.Research and manufacture of wheel and brake system in XBC covers all type of domestic aircraft,which greatly guarantees demands of various aviation equipment in China,so as to make due contribution to the development of aviation industry.

　　XBC has complete professional test facility for wheel brake system,imports international-standard large electrical inertia dynamometer and radial-lateral loaded test bench for aircraft wheel,and builds domestic advanced-level braked system semi-physical simulation laboratory independently,fatigue test bench of aircraft wheel,international advanced comprehensive multi-gear dynamometer,which is the Test Center of Aircraft Wheel and Brake System in China and approved by Civil Aviation Administration of China.

 

　　With the platform of aviation maintenance and foreign trade subcontracting,XBC positively carries out international cooperation to integrate international aviation industry chain.It has obtained CAAC and EASA's Maintenance Organization Certificates,established good cooperative relationship with Boeing,Goodrich,Moog,UTC,SAFRAN,UK Dunlop and other world-famous enterprises.XBC undertakes the aviation maintenance services of 20 more types,and 180 more parts number of wheel brake and pneumatic-hydraulic accessory products for Airbus,Boeing,Bombardier,MA series and others,XBC is the largest wheel brakes maintenance industry in northwest China.

 

　　XBC takes full advantage of aircraft brake technology and devotes itself to research and develop brake products in non-aviation field for a long time,involving products of automobile,rail transit,wind power and other various fields.It provides brake product of automobile for FAW-Volkswagen and other domestic famous auto manufacturers for a long time.The developed new-generation brake material has been successfully applied to Ferrari,Porsche and other luxury car,which makes up for the domestic blankness.

 

XBC has established and maintained three quality systems,such as AS9100C for international aviation,GJB9001B for military product and TS16949 for automobile industry,NADCAP special process,confidential,environment/occupation health safety management system certification.It has obtained the certification of NADCAP special process and certificate to research and produce military hardware.Over the years,the ministerial and provincial-level quality products and famous trademarks have successively been awarded to its various products for more than 10 times,100 more scientific and technological achievements have been awarded as the national,provincial-level science and technology achievement awards,and XBC has more than 140 effectively authorized patents,and more than 160 patent applications has been accepted.
